7 danses grecques, Bhakti III, Duo, Dibouk and The Firebird by Maurice Béjart at the Teatro Comunale in Modena, Italy

On May 27, 2025, the Béjart Ballet Lausanne will perform at the Teatro Comunale in Modena with a program featuring works by Maurice Béjart. This evening invites you through a multicultural journey exploring the pieces 7 danses grecques, Bhakti III, Duo, Dibouk, and concludes with the iconic The Firebird.

In the first part, the Béjart Ballet Lausanne invites you to explore the multicultural universe of Maurice Béjart. Four ballets from Béjart’s repertoire will be presented: 7 danses grecques, Bhakti III, Duo and Dibouk.

To conclude the evening, Béjart’s The Firebird set to the music of Stravinsky. In the choreographer’s own words: “The Firebird is the Phoenix that rises from its ashes. The Bird of life and joy, immortal, whose splendor and strength remain indestructible, eternal.”
