Auditions

The Béjart Ballet Lausanne, under the artistic direction of Julien Favreau, is seeking soloist dancers (m/f/d) to join the company for the 2025/2026 season.

Comprising 38 dancers, the company is dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the artistic legacy of Maurice Béjart while serving as a vibrant space for creation, welcoming guest choreographers.

Requirements:

Minimum age: 25 years old
Training: Strong classical ballet and contemporary dance technique

Specific skills:

• Outstanding artistic qualities
• Excellent pointe work for females
• Strong partnering skills
• Great ability to adapt and collaborate

2. A portrait photo and several full-length dance pictures
3. One or several links of unedited recent videos of a solo performance (no downloadable files will be accepted)

Selection process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an individual audition at the Béjart Ballet Lausanne between February and March 2025.
